Welcome to The Gate Community Church

Thank you for visiting The Gate Community Church website. We have recently changed our name and you can go to Why The Gate? to read more about it.

We are located in Kirkham, Lancashire and we meet in the community centre in the middle of the town. If this is your first visit please take a while to look around and find out more about us. We are glad that you are here but we would, of course, like to meet you in person. So why not come along on a Sunday morning, the centre is open about 30 minutes before the meeting begins and tea or coffee are available.

Our meetings are very relaxed and informal, we enjoy worshipping God together using both contemporary and traditional music. We often take time to pray for those who need healing or have any other needs and we regularly take communion together. We believe that God has good things in store for all of us and that He reveals those things to us through His word and so we also have Bible teaching each week. Someone will always be available to speak to you and answer any questions you might have
